• Simple but well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, table and chairs; French doors leading out to terrace
• Washing machine, tumble drier, iron and board
• A number of bikes in a variety of conditions (use strictly at your own risk!)
• Private swimming pool, 9m x 6m, with deck; sunny into the evening. Please note the uneven rustic steps down to the pool may be difficult for small children or the elderly.
• Large garden with trampoline and table tennis
• Barbecue
• Terrace overlooking swimming pool, and landscape beyond
• Barn, pigeonnier, woodsheds - no real function for guests, but French and atmospheric

We have no TV, but do now have wi fi.

Please note there are some low beams upstairs; taller people will need to be careful.

The house, garden and pool are looked after by a friendly Englishman, Simon, who lives in walking distance, and will help out in any emergency.
